Deepdrawn Breadpans
for wheat, rye or wholemeal bread

Material: Aluminised steel - also available in stainless steel or aluminium on request
Internalsurface: Long sides and bottom with diagonal ribbing or flar - punching possible on request
Frame: Stable profile frame, height: approx. 43mm, to hang into the rack trolley

Special features of the deep-drawn individual moulds:

  • - flowing curves at the corners
  • - beautifully shaped products
  • - reduced need for butter
  • - simplified releases of baked goods
  • - minimum cleaning effort
Note: Other dimensions of mould may be required depending on the dough!
